ThreadLedger (the "Service") is provided by Elizabeth Esotor ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be of legal age and, where applicable, have authority to bind your organisation. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, design, and branding. You retain ownership of business data you enter; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Subscription billing, taxes, payment methods, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as the Service evolves.
We may suspend or terminate access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal.
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your unlawful conduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
